Adrienne Lahens is the co-founder and CEO of Infinite Studios and a leading voice at the intersection of the creator economy, generative AI, and modern marketing. She brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling businesses across both venture-backed startups and global enterprises.
Adrienne has led the development of industry-defining products and revenue-driving strategies at companies like TikTok, Influential, and BuzzFeed. She is known for her ability to turn emerging technologies into scalable business opportunities while building high-performing, globally distributed teams.
Her work is rooted in a deep belief that creativity is the most powerful force on the internet. From an early fascination with how digital platforms shape culture and connection, Adrienne has dedicated her career to expanding access to creative expression.
Today, her mission is to make creativity more accessible by helping creators and brands harness cutting-edge technology to unlock new forms of storytelling, growth, and impact.
Adrienne joined TikTok in 2021 to lead global operations for the TikTok Creator Marketplace (now TikTok One). In less than 3 years, Adrienne’s team launched in 24 markets and scaled revenue tenfold. In 2024, Adrienne was part of the team that launched TikTok Symphony, an innovative generative AI product suite with capabilities spanning ideation, production and optimization. She also founded the Symphony Collective, an AI Industry Advisory board comprised of Fortune 500 CMOs, agency executives, and top creators.
Prior to TikTok, Adrienne was the Chief Operating Officer at Influential, a leading influencer marketing company which became trusted by over 60% of Fortune 500 brands during her tenure. Her work was focused on proving the efficacy of creators across emergent formats, applications, and platforms. Influential has since been acquired by Publicis.
Prior to Influential, Adrienne was an early employee at BuzzFeed where she led business operations and was a key contributor to the early success of its native advertising model and branded video strategy.
Today, Adrienne publishes The Imagination Age, a newsletter exploring the intersection of creativity, technology, and human potential, while advising select companies, and producing cutting-edge content at the frontier of generative AI.
A New York native, Adrienne lives in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and their two children.
